Instructions

20172 CREAM FRUIT INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 6 tablespoons condensed milk, 1 slice of pineapple, 200 g of strawberries or raspberries, 1 PEAR, 1 peach, 1 banana, 1 egg, sugar and kirsch.

Peel the fruit and cut it into pieces.

Wash the strawberries and cut them in half.

Place the fruit in a saucepan, sprinkle with sugar, sprayed with the liquor and let macerate for 30 minutes.

Mix the milk with the egg yolks, then stir the egg whites and pour over the fruit.

Place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
