Bananas with chocolate and whiskey

20149 BANANAS with chocolate and WHISKEY INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 4 bananas, 200 g dark chocolate, 1 small glass of whisky, 2 tablespoons sugar, 5 tablespoons butter, 1 tablespoon of ground almonds.
Peel the bananas and cut them in half.
Dissolve 30 g of butter over medium heat in a nonstick skillet, put half bananas at a time and fry a minute per side.
Should become golden brown.
Keep them warm between two plates and meanwhile coarsely chopped chocolate on a cutting board with a knife, put it in a saucepan on high edges add the remaining butter, sugar and liquor; pour a tablespoon of water.
Dip the Pan in a larger pan that contains hot water, but not hot, up to 1/3 from the edge.
Bring to low heat and melt the chocolate at the same time, attach it with a fork (about 5 minutes).
Place the browned bananas on the serving dish, cover with the chocolate sauce with almonds and serve immediately.
