Instructions

20086 PEACHES with WINE SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 4 peaches, 1/2 l of red wine, 2 natural yoghurt, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 cinnamon stick, 1 lemon.

Do Blanch peaches, peel them, open them in half and remove the inner bone.

Cook peaches with wine, sugar, cinnamon and a slice of lemon.

You reduce the wine by half.

Withdrawn peaches, lava sauce and mischiatela with yogurt, beating vigorously.

Cover the peaches with the sauce and serve immediately.
