Melon balls with strawberries
Instructions
20018 MELON BALLS with STRAWBERRIES, melon 1 INGREDIENTS 400 g strawberries, 150 g sugar, 100 ml of kirsch, 1 pack of whipping cream.
Puree strawberries with sugar, liqueur and then add the cream lightly whipped and stir well.
Divide into four bowls.
Cut the melon in half, remove the seeds and the pulp formed balls.
Divide them into bowls and place in the refrigerator for two or three hours before serving.
