Pears stuffed with chocolate

20221 STUFFED BAKED PEAR INGREDIENTS 4 PERSONS 200 g of low-fat cheese, apples, 6 100 g almonds, 50 g raisins, 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder, 50 g sugar, 3 tablespoons of liqueur (to taste), wash and dry PROCESS butter pears, so with the special tool or with a small knife remove the cores thoroughly enlarging the cavity approximately 2 cm in diameter.

Work the mixture with a wooden spoon until the cheese is well incorporated.
With this compound fill the Apple cavities by pressing OK.
Place the pears, stuffed, in a baking dish, sprinkle them with a little zucchro and butter into small pieces, then put in the oven already warm at 180° and cook for about 20 min, wetting with approximately 1/2 glass of water.
When cooked, remove the baking dish from the oven, pour the cooking juices into a bowl and add remaining cheese, mix well.
Serve pears warm or cold, sprinkled with the sauce.
CHOCOLATE COVERED PEARS-melt the chocolate in a Bain-Marie, join a cucchio butter, mix well, and pour the mixture over the pears.
Let cool.
