Instructions

A19045 PITTA?MPIGLIATA IN HONEY SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 10 PERSONS 500 g flour, 2 eggs, 1/2 sachet of baking powder, 125 g sugar, 125 g of moscato, 1/2 cinnamon stick, cloves, 6 1 lemon rind, 200 g of shelled walnuts, 125 g of extra virgin olive oil, 100 g raisins, 100 g almonds, 1 orange zest, 100 g honey d? Orange, 1 small glass of piretto liquor or Aurum.

Formed a fountain with the flour.

The basin at the Centre pour eggs, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, clove powder reduced from the mortar.

Knead and meanwhile add, little by little, oil and moscato.
