Instructions

2_18092 FRUIT MERINGUE INGREDIENTS for 6 PEOPLE 150 g of canned fruit salad, 3 3 bananas, oranges, kiwi, pineapple 3, 100 g diced candied fruit, 4 tablespoons of Grand Marnier, 60 g sugar, a litre of custard, a pan of Spain.

Drain the fruit and keep aside the juice; pour into a bowl, add the cream and stir again.

Cut the sponge Spain in 3 disks of the same thickness and dampen it with the liquid of maceration taking aside.

In a die, openable from the rim, place pan disks of Spain, interspersed with cream and fruit; Let stand in a cool place and, in the meantime, preheat the oven to 240ø.

Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt and sugar.

Remove the cake from the refrigerator and the meringue obtained entirely cover the fruit, of the last layer, and sprinkle with the diced candied fruit kept aside.
