Preparation: 30 minutes cooking time: 15 minutes: 60 minutes wash the cherries, 300 g cut in half, remove the core, put them in a saucepan with the sugar, half cup of water and cook 5 minutes.

Drain in colander, collecting the juice in a bowl, let cool, add the juice, liqueur filled cherries cooked with a paper towel, to dry.

Reduce the chocolate chips with the knife, put in pan with butter and a tablespoon of water.

Put on the fire to low heat and melt the chocolate, stirring with a wooden spoon.

Put a bowl in the freezer for ten minutes, then remove and pour the cream very cold, add the icing sugar and mount it to the snow with the electric mixer.

Enter a third of whipped cream in pastry bag and keep it in the refrigerator until ready to use, taking care to close the Pocket mouth and twist the top.

You get off, flush, the melted chocolate, cooled but still fluid, in the remaining whipped cream in the bowl, with electric mixer at low speed.

Place the lower disk Spain loaf onto a serving dish, spennellatelo with a little of the cooking liquid of cherries and spread over half the chocolate cream, with the spatula.

Distributed over half cooked cherries and cover with the second disc of Spain; spennellatelo with other cooking liquid of cherries spread chocolate cream left.

Complete with cooked cherries and close with the last disc of sponge Spain.

Put in the fridge for an hour.

Chop the chocolate, put it in a thick bottomed saucepan and melt the chocolate in Bain-Marie.

Pour the melted chocolate on a cold floor (possibly steel or marble), roll it out with a trowel to a thickness of 3 mm, let cool but not completely solidify.

Place chocolate layer a sharp knife and long blade, an angle of 45ø around.

Hold the tip of the knife in his left hand and move the knife in his right hand, making him do a circular motion, so you get a long, thin spiral and pointed (cone-shaped).

Repeat this operation several times, gaining as many spirals is possible.

Remove from the fridge the cake and cover with whipped cream, remained in the Pocket forming many piles very close between them.

Decorate with cherries.
