Instructions

In a saucepan, heat a glass of pineapple juice with half a glass of water.

Meanwhile, beat three egg yolks with cornstarch, sugar and half a glass of pineapple juice; add it to the mixture in the saucepan, stir until well.

Pour the preparation on while ' pineapple.

Prepare a Meringue with egg whites and three tablespoons sugar and arrange over the cake.

Let it bake in the oven just long enough that the meringue you dori slightly; put the cake and serve.
