Frangipani cake with plums
Instructions
18917 frangipane Tart plums INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 stick of vanilla, 150 g of icing sugar, apples, 4 1 disc of puff pastry, 2 eggs, 3 sachets vanilla sugar, 100 g of finely chopped almonds, 10 cl of cream 8 pitted prunes.
PROCESS Heat oven to 210° cut the vanilla pod lengthwise.
Bring to a boil 1 cl of water, 100 g sugar and add the vanilla.
Peel the apples, deprive of core and cut them into 4 parts; pour into the Pan and cook for 5 minutes to let off some over medium heat.
Turn off and let cool, remove the apples and cut them into slices.
Baking mould lined by tall with the puff pastry.
Beat the eggs with the remaining sugar, vanilla sugar, almond powder and cream, stir well and pour the mixture on the dough, then spread the apples and prunes.
Bake and cook for 30 minutes, Serve the pie cold.
