Instructions

CHERRY CLAFOUTIS 18357 INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 kg cherries rather large, 4 tbsp condensed milk, 2 eggs.

For the pastry: 125 g flour, 50 g sugar, 50 g butter, 1 lemon, 1 egg.

PROCEDURE Place the flour on a work surface, place in the butter, sugar, grated lemon peel and egg.

Worked just enough to obtain a dough, let stand for 30 minutes.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and a lined pan, prick the dough with a fork and bake for 10 minutes at medium heat.

Mix the milk with 100 ml of water, add the egg yolks and egg whites.

Pitted cherries and place them in the pan.

Pour over milk mixture then bake in medium oven for about 45 minutes.

Halfway through the cooking cover with aluminum foil.
