Instructions

18161 COCOA and NUTS CAKE INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 80 g flour, 80 g of sugar, 25 g roasted peanuts, 30 g of butter, 15 g of cocoa powder, 3 eggs.

For the cream of peanuts: 75 g roasted peanuts, 75 g sugar, 1 packet of cream.

For the syrup: sugar 100 g, 100 ml of rum.

Remove from heat, stirring until it is lukewarm.

Add the sifted flour and cocoa and chopped peanuts, stir well.

Lastly, add the melted butter, very hot.

Pour everything into a floured round and cook in the oven already warm, medium, for 30 minutes.

Let cool.

Prepare the cream: mix the cream with chopped peanuts and sugar, Cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly, let it cool well.

Prepare the syrup: place sugar and 100 ml of water in a saucepan and cook over the fire place to obtain a syrup often, add the rum and keep aside.

Cut the cake into three discs, inzuppateli in the syrup and fill with the cream of peanuts.
