18125 and hazelnut CHOCOLATE CAKE INGREDIENTS 4 PERSONS 200 g sugar, 200 g butter, 150 g of flour, 100 g hazelnuts, 50 g cornstarch cornflour, 50 g of cocoa, 4 eggs, 1 sachet of yeast, chocolate to decorate.
In a bowl mix the butter with the sugar, add egg yolks one at a time and slowly the flour and starch with yeast.
Add the hazelnuts and cocoa.
Whip the egg whites until foamy and add them to the mixture.
Grease and flour a cake mold by 22 cm in diameter and gilds in the oven already warm (180°) for about an hour.
Put the cake on a wire rack and when is cold with sprinkle of grated chocolate
