Instructions
Put in a pan of bacon pieces with oil; Let them FRY live heat; put and keep them warm.
In cooking throw the onion and pepper; to imbiondimento of the onion, add the tomatoes, season with salt, pepper and mix for 8-10 minutes.
Pick up the piece of chili and complete the sauce with pieces of bacon.
While preparing the sauce, toss the bucatini in plenty of boiling water, and put al dente; put them in a pot and cover them with half of the cheese and the sauce.
Stir and serve with grated pecorino and remaining sauce aside.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 600 g of type pasta bucatini sliced
- 160 g of very lean pork cheek cut in rather large pieces
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/4 fine chopped onion
- 5 cherry tomatoes (pulp very dry and cut into fine streaks)
- 1 piece of chili
- 100 g of grated pecorino cheese
