Instructions

50 g raisins, 50 g of currants, 50 g almond flakes, minced 100 g hazelnuts, 65 g each of orange peel and candied lemon, 2 tablespoons of sugar.

To serve: 1 beaten egg yolk, 25 g almond flakes.

PROCEDURE Using an electric mixer Beat butter, ricotta cheese, olive oil, milk, sugar, and vanilla sugar and lemon rind.

Beat the marzipan with milk and rum.
