Figs, lemon cream
Instructions
INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 16 ripe figs, lemon yogurt, 2 servings of vanilla ice cream, a glass of Kirsch, cherries and sugar.
Peel the figs and cut them in half.
Sprinkle with sugar, moisten with the kirsch and let macerate for 30 minutes.
Mix the yogurt with the ice cream and the liquid of maceration until obtaining a fine cream.
Place the figs on the serving dish nappateli with cream and winter cherries with sour cherries.
