Souffle of peaches
Instructions
17526 SOUFFLE ' of 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS 3 PEACHES nectarines, 30 g butter, 100 g of custard ready, 3 egg whites, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of peach brandy, icing sugar.
CASE 3 large nectarines Peeled, cut them in half, remove the pits, then reduce it in small pieces and put them in the Blender beaker with 3 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons of peach brandy.
Blend for a long time until you get a soft cream.
Put it on fire, sweet 30 g of butter and cook until it will thicken up slightly.
Remove from stove and let it cool, then add 100 g of custard ready.
Whip egg whites 2 egg whites, blend thoroughly to the mixture of peaches, gently stirring from bottom to top.
When you have a compound foamy, breakdown the aim in 4 individual stencils from soufflés, anointed with butter.
Put in hot oven to 190ø.
and cook small soufflé for about 25 minutes, without ever opening the door to prevent it deflate, spolverizzandoli of icing sugar.
Wish you can accompany them with a raspberry or kiwi sauce.
