Instructions

17869 ZABAGLIONE TIRAMISU INGREDIENTS for 8 PERSONS 500 g 400 g of eggnog, ladyfingers, 50 g sugar, 300 g of whipped cream, 250 g strong espresso coffee, cocoa to taste.

PROCEEDINGS whip the cream and put it aside in the fridge.

Prepare the Sabayon and put it in a bowl.

Put the coffee in a Holster and zuccheratelo.

Soak ladyfingers in the coffee quickly and put them on a regular basis.

Stir the whipped cream and zabaione cover the ladyfingers with the mixture and a bit of cocoa.
