Instructions

17855 CHAMPAGNE SORBET 8 PEOPLE INGREDIENTS 2 cans of peaches in syrup, 150 g sugar, 100 g of champagne, juice of one lemon.

Add the juice of the fruit in syrup and sugar, Cook for about 10 minutes.

Let cool, then add the canned fruit and champagne and blend for about 2 minutes.

Pour the mixture into a large container and place it in the freezer for 24 hours.

Spent the time, take it out and split it into cubes and stir.

Serve immediately in bowls and place it back in the freezer for 30 minutes.

Garnish with strips of cups past fruit in lemon juice.
