Exotic yogurt cream
Instructions
INGREDIENTS for 8 PERSONS 500 g pastry cream, 250 g of plain yogurt, 1 whole mango, kiwi, 2 2 slices of pineapple, 1 tablespoon of Sherry For garnish: sliced fruit and mint leaves.
PROCEDURE prepare the cream and refrigerate.
Cut the fruit into small dice and indoratela with Sherry.
When the cream is cold add yogurt and fruit.
Put the mixture into cups, raffreddare in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
Decorate with sliced fruit and mint leaves.
