Crepes with honey (crepes con miele)

15029 CREPES with HONEY INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 100 g flour; 100 ml.
whipping cream; 2 eggs; 1 tablespoon butter; 4 tablespoons honey; 2 tablespoons butter.
Mix the flour with the egg, cream and melted butter, work when just to get a cream, let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes as a minimum.
In a pan melt a bit of butter and pour two or three tablespoons of cream so that it covers the bottom and Golden on both sides the cracks; other prepared crepes in the same way.
Place the honey in a bowl with the butter, heat the wax until everything has melted.
Pour over all a little honey crepes bend it into four and heat for a few minutes in the oven.
