2_10218 FLATBREAD with ASPARAGUS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 500 g of pasta to pizza, a bunch of asparagus, 200 g of cherry tomatoes, 30 g butter, salt, pepper. Preheat oven to 200° delete the hard part of asparagus, cut the rest into small pieces and FRY in butter until tender. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half. Roll out pizza dough in a baking sheet using your hands, add salt and pepper and bake for 5 minutes. Put over the asparagus and tomatoes and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
