09836 CHICKEN CURRY with RICE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 500 g of fillet of chicken, 2 tablespoons of peanut oil d?, a large onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 4 Freshwater prawns, 1, 5 teaspoons yellow curry powder, green lemon, 20 cl coconut milk, a tablespoon of minced cilantro, salt and pepper. Cut the chicken into cubes, let them soften in the wok, for 5 minutes, with a spoon of oil and keep aside. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Clean the prawns and beat them with the garlic, onion and curry. Squeeze the lime. In the wok, heat the remaining oil and let soften for 2 minutes the chopped shrimp, stir, little by little, the coconut milk, banging, then add the chicken, add salt and pepper, cover and cook for 10 minutes to fire. When serving, add lemon juice and chopped coriander.
