09413 Oriental CHICKEN INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE a chicken by 1, 200 kg, 40 g margarine, onion, half a liter of soup, two apples, three tablespoons of curry powder, a tablespoon of flour, four tablespoons of condensed milk, salt, a pinch of white pepper, a teaspoon of honey, four tablespoons of cream, 2 tablespoons of raisins, 2 tablespoons of almonds halved and roasted, a banana CASE wash and dry the chicken and cut it into four portions.

Let it FRY in a saucepan with margarine, turning often until browned on each side.

Dilute the flour with the condensed milk and linked with this mixture the cooking.

Season the sauce with salt, pepper and honey.

Put the chicken in the sauce and heat it briefly.

Incorporated finally the cream, raisins (previously softened in warm water) and halved and roasted almonds.

As desired: Peel bananas, cut into slices and add to the chicken when serving.
