The endive and orange chicken
Instructions
CHICKEN With ENDIVE and 09649 Orange INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE A 800 g Orange, Endive, 500 g of potatoes, red onions, 2 2 shallots, 40 g butter, 40 cl chicken broth, 500 g of smoked chicken, 2 tablespoons honey vinegar, 2 tablespoons minced cilantro for garnish, salt, black pepper.
Check out the orange zest and make a killing in the juice.
Clean the Endive, remove withered leaves and a little bitter and cut it into slices.
Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces.
Peel and chop the onions and shallots, finding them in a saucepan, cook them, with free hot butter for 5 minutes to fire.
Add the Endive, potatoes, Peel and orange juice, the broth and the chicken pieces.
Season, stir, cover and let simmer for an hour fresh focus.
Check out the chicken, chop the vegetables into a blender, add the vinegar, cilantro and chicken again.
Add salt and pepper, stir and let simmer for 5 more minutes always covered, soft focus.
Put the chicken into serving dish, garnish with the chopped coriander and serve.
