Instructions

09558 SESAME CHICKEN with VEGETABLES INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sherry vinegar, 1 tablespoon of grated ginger, 1-2 cloves of crushed garlic, 1 teaspoon sugar, unrefined 2 tablespoons sesame oil, chicken breasts, 3 6 onions, 1 small carrot, 1 stalk of celery, 1 red pepper, 1 courgette, 2 tablespoons corn oil, 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds.

In a salad bowl mix the soy sauce, the sherry vinegar, ginger, garlic, sugar and a teaspoon of sesame oil.

Add the chicken cut into strips and allow to marinate.

Cut the onion, carrot and celery slices.

Divide the pepper and Zucchini into pieces.

Drain the chicken, drain them and keep aside the marinade.

Take in a large skillet heat 1 tablespoon corn oil and 1 teaspoon sesame oil; you blast the vegetables for 5 minutes in hot oil and keep aside.

Put the rest of the corn oil in skillet and soffriggetevi the chicken for 3-4 minutes.

Pour the vegetables and marinade and finish cooking for 2/3 minutes.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve hot.
