COLORFUL SALAD INGREDIENTS 08316 4 PEOPLE 1 tuft of trevisana, a bunch of Arugula, a bunch of radishes, a few leaves of Arugula, 2 tomatoes, 1 yellow pepper, 1 red pepper, onions, 4 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons vinegar, salt.
Preparation: 30 minutes minimum PROCEDURE: Peel, wash and dry all vegetables.
