Instructions

BYZANTINE SALAD INGREDIENTS 08286 4 PERSONS 600 g of flakes of milk, 8 ripe tomatoes (480 g) basil leaves (10 g) 4 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (60 g), one tablespoon of vinegar (25 g) fresh chilli Chopped tomatoes PROCEDURE in half, give them the seeds and divide them to threads.

Put tomatoes in a terrinetta and toss with the vinegar, olive oil and a little salt.

Mix well and leave to marinate for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

When serving, roll out the flakes of milk in dishes and put on top of the tomato sauce to the marinade.

Sprinkle the chopped Basil and pepper into strips.
