Stuffed monkfish

2_07223 MONKFISH STUFFED with INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 200 g of margarine, 400 g of cream cheese, 200 g of chopped tomatoes, a monkfish great without thorns, a sprig of Rosemary, oregano, a glass of white wine, a spoonful of cornflour, a nut for fish broth, 2 green peppers, a clove of garlic, an onion, saltand pepper.
Mix the cheese, half of the Rosemary, tomatoes, oregano and peppers cut into sticks.
Add salt and fill with this mixture the anglerfish.
Tied the fish with a thin Twine by ensuring that it remains firm but without overtighten.
Put it in a baking sheet with 100 g margarine into small pieces and cook for 40 minutes at 180° in the rest of the margarine, sauté the onion, garlic and the rest of the Rosemary.
Pour the wine, a glass of water with dissolved cornstarch, nut and cook for 5 minutes.
Serve immediately with sauce the anglerfish.
