Bruschetta with black truffles
Instructions
Heat the oil in a small frying pan and sauté the garlic, then delete it and turn off the heat.
Add the anchovies and clean water, the truffle shavings and lemon squeezed 1/2.
Mix and spread on toasted slices of bread previously.

- 4 slices of bread
- 2 black truffles
- 2 salted anchovies
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 lemon
