07029 stockfish with LEEKS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 bunch leeks, 250 g unsalted cod, 600 g of potatoes, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 green pepper, 1 nut, salt.
Cover the fish with cold water and put it on the fire, when starts boiling close and turn off the heat and leave to stand for 10 minutes.
Golden brown in a little olive oil garlic and sweet pepper cut into pieces, add the potatoes cut into pieces, or arched for leeks and saute it for 1 minute.
Pour a glass of water of the fish and the nut dissolved in a glass of water and cook for 30 minutes over low heat; 10 minutes before the end of cooking, add the chopped fish.
