Instructions

Follow our step by step directions you will get a good pasta like the one of the best pizzerias.

(ingredients for 4 people)

dough

Add 500 g of flour on the work surface, forming a pile.

Cut a hollow in the middle of the pile of flour, turning in circles with the index and middle fingers of one hand.

Put in a tablespoon of salt and 25 g of fresh yeast diluted in 100 ml of warm water.

Add 1/2 tablespoon of sugar and a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.

Begin to incorporate the flour ingredients added, working with your hands by both hands gradually adding other warm water (about 150 ml: the exact amount depends on the type of flour).

You have to get a soft dough but not liquid.

Don't worry if it sticks to your hands, because it worked gradually solidifies: if necessary, you can add more flour but in limited quantities.

Knead the dough so energetic, stretching it on the floor and ammucchiandolo with your hands.

Pull it with the rolling pin floured half a cm thick.

Put it in a baking dish greased with oil of 26-28 cm in diameter or you can also use the baking).

Formed with a slightly raised rim around the brim: serves to hold the sauce.

Let it rest, covered with floured cloth, 20-30 minutes.

Complete it with the topping of your choice.

Cooking

Bring it in oven 15 minutes and switched from set on maximum temperature (at least 230ø).

Bake the pizza until the dough is inflated rim and Golden but not burned (from 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the temperature of the oven).
