2_06145 AROMA BEEF INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 600 g of Sirloin steak, a tablespoon of olive oil.
For the sauce: a pack of parsley, 6 cloves of garlic, a tablespoon of oregano, 15 cl of olive oil, 5 cl red wine vinegar, salt and pepper.
Prepare the sauce: in a blender, coarsely chopped parsley and the garlic cloves with the oregano, olive oil and vinegar.
Add salt and pepper.
Preheat oven grill.
Brush steak with olive oil and cook 4 minutes on each side, under the grill of the oven.
Cut it into thin slices, add salt and serve the cut of meat accompanied by sauce.
