Oxtail stew with chestnuts

OXTAIL STEW 06308 with CHESTNUTS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 kg of beef for stew meat (cubed); 1 kg of chestnuts; 100 g of bacon; one litre of broth nut; a large onion; 2 cloves; 200 ml red wine; Orange peel; oregano, thyme; oil, salt and pepper; flour; 100 g cooked ham. Remove the Peel chestnuts, Cook in water, over high heat for a few minutes, then peel them and keep them aside. Fry the finely chopped onion in a little oil, add the ham and sliced Bacon, herbs, orange peel and cloves; simmer for a few minutes. Add the meat seasoned with salt and pepper and lightly in flour; Saute for a few minutes. Pour the wine and the hot broth and cook for half an hour with lid. Add the chestnuts and cook for another 30 minutes. Season with salt and serve.
