Instructions

BEEF TIDBITS 06955 to TWO LEMONS for 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS 1 onion, 3 cloves of garlic, 3 cucumbers, 1 lime 1 untreated lemon untreated yellow, 2 small fresh chilies, 1/2 kg beef stew, 2 tablespoons oil, 1 tablespoon liquid honey, 20 cl of fresh cream, basil leaves for decoration, salt.

Peel and finely chop the onion and the garlic.

Peel cucumbers, cut them in half lengthwise, seeds and give them cut them in large chunks of the approximately 2 cm thick.

Wash and cut the lemons into 4 segments.

Rinse peppers under running water and cut the meat into cubes.

In a bowl, scalded meat in hot oil and a high flame for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and keep aside.

In a saucepan, FRY sweet focus chopped onion with the garlic.

After about 2 minutes, add honey, beef stew and mix thoroughly.

Spread in a pan lemon quarters, cucumbers, peppers and stir well.

Add salt, cover and let simmer for about 1 hour to fire.

Remove from heat and place the meat on a platter, keeping it warm.

Strain the cooking sauce.

Add the creme fraiche and stir well.

Pour everything into a pot, decorated with basil leaves and serve immediately.
