Instructions

ROAST 06545 SPEEDY GONZALES 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS 700 g minced lean veal, peas frozen 400 g, 600 g of breadcrumbs, 8 tablespoons low-fat milk, 8 teaspoons of Parmesan cheese, one tablespoon of chopped parsley, a clove of garlic, 4 teaspoons of margarine, salt PROCEDURE Preheat oven to 230ø.

Put the bread crumbs soaked in milk for a few minutes, mash well with a fork, then mix it with meat and cheese, add the blanched peas with very little water, perfumed with chopped parsley and garlic; savoury pies.

Cut into 1 or 2 long narrow loaf that you will put in a pan greased with margarine.

Bake for 25 minutes.

When cooked, so cool a few minutes and serve.
