06340 OSSOBUCO with VEGETABLES (Lombardy) ingredients 4 PEOPLE 200 g chopped celery, carrots and onion veal 1/4ossobuchi 2cucchiaio 1foglia chopped herbs 1/2 di lauro l vegetable stock white wine PROCEDURE 1bicchiere Flour, brown them sliced boned shank slightly in a pan with a little olive oil, on both sides.

Deglaze with the wine, let it evaporate, add the stock and the bay leaf.

Cook with lid up to 3/4.

Serve with a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
