Pork tenderloin with onion sauce
Instructions
06293 FILLET with ONION SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 veal fillet, 1/2 onion, 1 nut, 200 ml of beer, 1 tablespoon oil, salt and pepper.
Season the meat with salt and pepper and FRY on both sides in a little oil.
Remove the meat and pour into the Pan beer, crushed nut and chopped onion.
Cook for 10 minutes then blend to obtain a fine sauce.
Put it back into the skillet the meat and the sauce, heat for a few minutes.
