Instructions

06694 MEAT SKEWERS with TWO SAUCES INGREDIENTS 4 CHICKEN FILLET and PEOPLE: 1 boned chicken breast, 1/2 pork tenderloin, 2 slices of pineapple, 1 Apple, butter, olive oil, salt, pepper SAUSAGE: 1 pack of frankfurters from cocktail, 6 slices of bacon end, 200 g of mushrooms, 200 ml of olive oil 1 sprig of herbs.

SWEET and SOUR SAUCE: 5 tbsp of pineapple juice, mayonnaise, 4 2 soy sauce, 2 wine vinegar, salt and pepper.

MUSTARD SAUCE: 100 ml cream, 1 tablespoon of mustard on wheat, 1 bit of vinegar.

PROCEDURE 1.

Chicken and Pork Skewers cut the chicken into eight pieces, pork in 12 pieces, coarsely diced apples and pineapple slices in 4 pieces each.
