Brussels sprouts with mustard cream
Instructions
05051 BRUSSELS SPROUTS in MUSTARD CREAM SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS: 200 g of Brussels sprouts, 100 ml milk, 1 tablespoon of mustard, 1 "worcester sauce"; salt, parsley.
Cook the Brussels sprouts in salted water for 15 minutes.
Drain well.
Mix the milk with the mustard and sauce and chopped parsley.
Add the Brussels sprouts, heat a few minutes and serve immediately.
