Instructions

INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE peanut oil to the pot, 2 lemons untreated, 8 small white onions, 100 g hazelnuts, 2 ripe avocados, 100 g grated Cheddar cheese, 4 tablespoons parsley, 4 tablespoons of white wine, parsley for garnish, salt, pepper.

Preheat oven to 200° c and grease a gratin dish.

Wash and dry the lemons.

Peeled and keep aside the zest of a lemon, then squeeze it.

Peel and chop the onions; chop the hazelnuts.

Cut the avocado into two parts and snocciolateli; place on the plate, with the cut side toward the top and decorate with the lemon juice.

In a salad bowl mix the chopped onions with chopped nuts, cheese, parsley, white wine, lemon juice and the skins, chopped salt and pepper, mixing well.

Spread this mixture into the cavity of the avocado, then cook for 15-20 minutes in a hot oven.

Cut the remaining lemon slices, guarnitevi and lean the stuffed avocado.

Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
