Instructions

3_06263 SPRING ROLLS with MUSHROOMS INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 4 thin beef scaloppine, 125 g ham, 200 g of mushrooms, 125 g of fresh sausage, 30 cl dry white wine, 3 shallots, 30 g butter, 2 tablespoons tomato paste, 10 sprigs of parsley, salt, pepper.

Peel and finely chop shallots.

Carefully clean the mushrooms and cut them into strips.

Coarsely chopped cooked ham.

Wash the parsley and tritatelo, leaving 4 leaflets for the final seal.

Melt half the butter in a pan and saucepan to moderate flame chopped shallots with mushrooms for 5 minutes.

Sprayed with white wine and Cook 20 minutes.

When cooked, garnish with parsley kept aside and serve with the remaining mushrooms.
