Broccoli and cabbage soup

04892 BROCCOLI and CABBAGE SOUP INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 300 g of broccoli, romanesco cabbage 300 g, 2 chopped onions, 2 cloves of garlic, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 200 grams of tomato sauce, 1, 5 l of chicken broth, a bouquet garni, 2 carrots, 2 courgette, 150 g of pastina, 80 g of grated Pecorino, salt and black pepper.
Wash and clean the broccoli and cabbage.
Fry the chopped onions and garlic in the oil for about 10 minutes to fire.
Add the tomato sauce, the bouquet garni, chicken stock, two carrots and bring to a boil.
Cover and cook for 20 minutes at moderate flame.
When cooked, place the zucchini, broccoli and cabbage.
Given to a boil, cover and cook for other 15inuti to moderate flame.
Add then the pastina and ultimate cooking the soup for another 10 minutes.
Divide the soup into individual bowls and serve hot with grated Pecorino.
