04569 RICE SOUP, milk and chestnut INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 200 g of rice, 200 g of fresh chestnuts, a l skim milk or 1/2 litre of whole milk and 1/2 l water, a knob of butter, salt.
In a saucepan, boil milk, add the chestnuts and cook for 20 minutes.
Add the butter and rice and cook again for another 18 minutes.
Serve.
