Fish soup and dumplings

04519 FISH SOUP and dumplings INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1/2 kg of redfish, 1/2 kg of anglerfish, 250 g of gnocchi, 2 tomatoes, 1 onion, 1 chilli, 1 slice of bread, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 spoonful of toasted hazelnuts, olive oil, salt, parsley.
Place the fish in a saucepan with 1 l and 1/2 of water and a spoonful of salt and cook for 15 minutes.
Drain, keep warm and cut into small pieces, discarding skin and bones.
In a Pan fry the chopped onion in a little oil; Add the tomato pulp, previously heated and peeled; simmer for 10 minutes.
Heat the chili for a few minutes, remove the seeds and put the flesh in a food mill with bread, fried the garlic, hazelnuts and a sprig of parsley and passed around until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Add a spoonful of broth, stir, embed the mixture and cook for 5 minutes.
Put in heat 1 litre of broth and, when it starts to boil, add the mixture and the pieces of fish.
Add salt and cook for 10 minutes over high heat.
