Apple cheese soup
Instructions
INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 6 apples, ó l skim milk, 2 medium leeks 200 g of grated Gruyère cheese, 100 g of Gorgonzola Cheese, 50 g butter, salt and white pepper.
Wash, Peel apples and cut into cubes.
Wash and dry the leeks and cut them into rings.
In a Pan fry in butter and gently, before browned, add apples.
Let stand for a few seconds to open flame.
Pour the milk and when it comes to a boil add the cheese.
Continue cooking for about 10 minutes.
Season with salt.
Withdrawn from heat and let cool.
Passed the ingredients to Blender until obtaining a fine cream.
Season with a generous ground pepper.
Place in the refrigerator for two or three hours before serving.
