Instructions

MINESTRA MARITATA 04635 INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 600 g of boiled meat morsels (beef, veal, chicken), 200 g of diced ham, 1 carrot, 1 stalk of celery, 1/2 onion, 500 g mixed vegetables (Swiss chard, Escarole, chicory, spinach), 1 l water, pepper to taste, salt.

Pour into a pot with water and bring to a boil; Add meat, ham, carrots, onion and celery salt.

Cook for 10 minutes, add the vegetables and cook for about 40 minutes.

Serve the soup into a tureen with adding chilies to taste.
