Barley soup and green beans

04462 D SOUP?BARLEY and beans INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 120 g Pearl barley, 300 g frozen green beans, 3 leeks, 1 clove of garlic, 1 liter of vegetable stock, 20 g extra virgin olive oil, chopped basil, salt and pepper.
Sciacquale the barley under running water, drain.
Fry the chopped garlic and the white part of the leeks thinly sliced for 10 minutes.

Before the end of cooking, add the frozen beans.
When serving add the Basil and sprinkle with pepper.
