Instructions

INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 1 pack of chicken wuberoni, 350 g of celery, 4 type pasta Zucchini stories, a carrot, an onion, 500 g tomatoes, a stick of celery, basil, 1/2 glass of white wine, 4 tablespoons olive oil, salt.

PROCEDURE wash the vegetables and cut them into cubes.

Gently fry the onion in the oil until browned and add vegetables and wuberoni cut into small pieces.

Stir constantly and let it stand for a few minutes to open flame, then wet with wine.

Add salt and cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, and pick it up.

Drain the pasta, al dente and pour into the saucepan with the sauce simmer for a few minutes before serving.
