Greek pasta salad with lamb meatballs

2_03400 GREEK PASTA SALAD with Lamb DUMPLINGS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 500 g Greek pasta, 1/2 cucumber, 1/2 yellow pepper, 100 g of olives, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro.
For the meatballs: 600 g minced lamb meat, 2 cloves of garlic, 50 g of breadcrumbs 2 tablespoons of Sesame, beans, 2 tablespoons olive oil.
For the vinaigrette: 4 tablespoons olive oil, the juice of one lemon, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder For the meatballs: in a large bowl place the Lamb, add the chopped garlic, the bread crumbs, sesame seeds, salt and pepper.
Mix the ingredients and make into meatballs.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and cook the meatballs for 15 m until golden brown.
For the vinaigrette: emulsify the oil with the lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Cook the pasta according to the directions on the packet, drain pour into a large bowl and sprinkle with vinaigrette.
Peel and cut the cucumber into small cubes and also cut the pepper.
Add to pasta vegetables, meatballs, olives and stir.
Cover the bowl with plastic and let it cool at room temperature for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
After this time, add salt and pepper and garnish with the cilantro.
